How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (cutoff 00:00 CET), then shipped within 1–5 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
Kelmara is operated by He Ju Hezhong Group Co., Ltd, based in Hong Kong. We currently ship to Germany and the wider EU.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Email info@kelmara.store to start a return.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 14 days, and the money lands back on your original payment method within 5 business days after that.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club, and Discover.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track My Order page and enter your order number and email.
What sizes do you carry?
Most items run S–XL. Check the size chart on each product page — it lists exact measurements, not just letter sizes.
