Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Order processing has a daily cutoff of 00:00 CET. Orders placed after this cutoff will begin processing the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kelmara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Kelmara is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our customer service team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
